Terms and Conditions (T&C)
By using the services of Travco by Travel Company India (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all bookings, purchases, and services provided by us, whether made online, by phone, or in person.
1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as per the package or service agreed.
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency, taxes, and third-party service provider fees.
Any outstanding amount must be cleared before the commencement of travel. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Travel Services
Travco acts as a facilitator between the customer and third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, transport operators).
We are not responsible for issues such as delays, changes, or cancellations made by third-party providers.
Customers are advised to review and accept the terms of the respective third-party service providers.
3. Documentation
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they carry valid and complete travel documents including passport, visa, identification, permits, etc.
Travco will not be liable for any loss or delay due to improper or missing documentation.
4. Changes & Modifications
Modifications to existing bookings (travel dates, destination, names) can be requested at least 72 hours before travel.
All changes are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
5. Code of Conduct
All travelers must behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, service staff, and local communities.
Any misconduct or illegal activity during the trip may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6. Force Majeure
Travco shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, India.
Privacy Policy (PP)
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. What Information We Collect
Personal details: Name, contact number, email address, address, etc.
Booking data: Travel preferences, payment information, identification details, etc.
Website usage: IP address, browser type, access times, pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
To process and manage your travel bookings.
To send confirmations, invoices, travel updates, and promotional emails (if opted in).
To enhance and personalize your user experience.
3. Sharing of Information
We share relevant information with service providers (hotels, airlines, transport vendors) solely for fulfilling travel services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties.
Your data may be disclosed if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your personal data.
However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@travco.travel.
You may also opt out of promotional emails through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Please review it regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Travco, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures clarity and fairness.
1. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of booking.
Cancellation requests submitted after 7 days from the date of booking will not be entertained.
Cancellations must be requested via email at info@travco.travel or by calling 9257025228.
2. Refund Policy
Only bookings cancelled within the eligible period and approved by our customer service team will qualify for a refund.
Refunds, once approved, will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-refundable bookings or services as per third-party terms will not be refunded.
Partial refunds may apply where only certain components (e.g., hotel but not flight) are refundable.
